Casa Aurora's layout allows you to relax without boundaries. This comfortable villa is perfect for that romantic getaway and has a large private plunge pool (the largest on the island), and fantastic morning views from your private dock. Guests can enjoy serene moments in a hammock, or bundle up in the king beds, covered in Yves De Lormes sheets. Enjoy Caribbean ocean side bedrooms, with sleek baths and personal decks and private dock. The center of Casa Aurora has a living room with a butler's pantry that opens to the deck and covered pool area. Our one bedroom, over-the-water bungalow is designed in the same style as all of our other villas. It is thoughtfully appointed with every imaginable comfort, custom-crafted furnishings and amenities. This unique bungalow is the most intimate, romantic and most popular accommodation on the island. Casa Ventanas is at the end of a dock that stretches over 150 feet off the island for the ultimate in privacy. Surrounded on all sides by the beautiful, turquoise blue Caribbean Sea, Casa Ventanas is a picture perfect window into the exotic water world of Belize. Activities
All arrangements for tours, excursions, and diving can be made after you have arrived. Please contact us if you desire to arrange your activities prior to arrival. In addition, Cayo Espanto provides custom tailored private tours of all varieties both inland and offshore.

Fly fishing
Fly fishing is always a favorite activity for guests of Cayo Espanto who have their own equipment. Because hundreds of bonefish have made their home around Cayo Espanto, the angler will usually find great success all around the island. The hard sea-bottom immediately around the island provides for unusually easy wading. In addition to wading around the island, guests may hire a guide and boat for some wonderful flats fishing for bonefish, tarpon and permit.

Scuba Diving
Scuba Diving the second largest barrier reef in the world is not to be missed. Cayo Espanto is within 15-20 minutes of some of the world's best and most famous dive sites. Private trips are easily arranged. Guests who wish to dive the Blue Hole should be aware that it is an all-day trip usually leaving about 8:00 in the morning and returning at 6:00 in the evening. A private charter is available or guests may choose to go with a group from San Pedro.Our Dive Masters are available for private charter trips. When they are not on a private charter with our guests they lead our regular open diving and snorkeling trips. To guarantee diving with our Dive Masters, advance arrangements are requested.

Snorkeling
Snorkeling in Hol Chan, Belize's National Marine Park, has been named by USA Today one of the world's top ten snorkeling sites. Private charters to Hol Chan are available or guests may choose to join a boat from San Pedro. Prices run about $250.00 for a private snorkel trip for two. Glass bottom boats also provide another window to the underwater life below.

Boating
Another favorite trip is a day with boat and guide for some fishing, snorkeling and conching (in season). Inquire about our Day at Sea with Luxury. After a morning of fishing and conching, your guide will grill your catch for you on a beach. After lunch, it's back to the water for some great snorkeling, all out fun and relaxing. You can also choose to visit other islands (some deserted and some with villages). Return just in time to watch the sunset and have cocktails before dinner.

Tours
Daily excursions to the mainland of Belize offer fantastic adventure opportunities. The Mayan ruins of Lamanai are a must. River trips and visits to inland spas are included along the way. Once again, private charters are also available.

Bird Watching
On nearby Cayo Rosario and Bird Caye is an experience for all. These islands are very close to Cayo Espanto and are home to many types of birds. (spoonbill, pelican, frigates just to name a few). The adventure allows guests to walk around and through mangrove. This tour is highlighted by the Belize Audubon Society.

Explore
If you just want to go exploring in a skiff (our name for a 21-ft Mexican-made boat), one of the island's staff will be happy to take you out. The trip is always an adventure and full of unpredictability. Deserted beaches, uninhabited islands, beautiful waters and an occasional dolphin can make your trip very memorable.

Picnic
How about a gourmet picnic lunch on a deserted beach for just the two of you? We will send an advance team to prepare the perfect romantic lunch site. Afterwards, we will deliver you to your paradise. Stay as long as you like and we will pick you up at a pre-determined time.
