Jan grew up in the Netherlands and by the age of 21 he had visited every country in Europe while guiding groups of American students. A "real" job followed... but the travel bug had bitten too deeply. Jan soon found himself back in the role of professional guide, much to the delight of the devoted clientele of over 25 private jet programs. He was a Tour Manager on the 2006 South America by Private Jet, 2007 Nine World Wonders and 2008 Nine World Wonders.

Barbara Cunningham has devoted her life to travel. What began as a two-week vacation in Ecuador in 1976 became a life-changing 1 ½ year odyssey throughout South America, Central America and Mexico on her own. Since then, for 30 years, she has worked in nearly every facet of the industry, from Travel Agent to Incentive Director to travel Planner to Brochure Writer. She has led groups all over the world for the Chicago Council on Foreign relations, Smithsonian, National Trust, Abercrombie & Kent, and a number of universities. Fluent in Spanish, she has visited 82 countries and has a great appreciation for, and understanding of, many ancient cultures and people. She planned all of the tours for A&K's Marco Polo Club for 8 ½ years.

From here you continue on to St. Francis Church, the oldest church (1510) constructed by Europeans in India.
