U.S. CITIZENS
All U.S. citizens traveling outside the United States must carry the following documentation. Failure to provide this documentation could result in denied boarding on a cruise or a flight. Your reservation must have your legal name as it appears on your proof of citizenship. It is the passenger's responsibility to obtain and carry proper documentation. Any expenses incurred are the passenger's sole responsibility.
For Natural-Born U.S. Citizens:
For Naturalized U.S. Citizens:
For Non-U.S. Citizens:
- A valid. passport
- Plus a visa issued by the consulate of the destination country
- Plus a valid non-expired government-issued photo ID
For Married or Divorced Women Traveling Under a Last Name Other Than What Appears on Their Documents:
- In addition to the documents outlined above, they must also possess a marriage license or divorce decree
Minor Children:
- All minor children under age 18, including infants, require a passport
- Plus parental proof of consent to travel internationally if traveling alone or with one parent
Minor Children Traveling with Both Parents:
Minor Children Traveling Alone:
- A valid passport
- Plus a notarized letter of consent to travel signed by both parents (good for one entry only)
Minor Children Traveling with One Parent:
- A valid passport
- Plus a notarized letter of consent to travel signed by the absent parent (good for one entry only)
- If the parents are divorced, a court order showing sole custody granted to the parent traveling with the minor or
- If one parent is deceased, a death certificate is required or
- If the Minor is without Legal Parents, a notarized letter of consent to travel signed by a legal guardian
